The staff in the dining room were very lovely. They were very polite. breakfast had great variety and the food tasted delicious. i liked getting tea and coffee served in a pot at the table, not from a machine. fresh towels were available in the room every day, and it was very clean. as a solo traveler, i felt completely safe.

The shower screen was rather short. This resulted in the bathroom floor getting wet after each shower.

Kensington gardens and hyde park are a short walk away. This provides a great option for morning strolls. two tube stations are also nearby. These offer quick access to central districts. multiple restaurants and shops are also a short walk.

Breakfast had a good buffet selection with different foods. the breakfast service was efficient and friendly. i found the dining room fine. It provides a peaceful start to the morning. it was nice to have coffee and tea.

The staff were helpful and cheerful, especially the breakfast staff, who deserve praise for their service. requests are handled promptly. This ensures a smooth stay. staff answered questions quickly and accurately. That helped me plan my day.

The location is great. The hotel is close to a tube station. I found many landmarks accessible. The lobby had an amazing look. The staff offered complimentary fresh fruit in my room.

I discovered some outdated information. The pre-arrival email listed the theatre bar. It was not open, and I could not get ice there.
